Welcome to the all inclusive 5 star Viva Wyndham Azteca.
With 234 beautiful guest rooms, the Viva Wyndham Azteca's intimate size affords guests personalized service and relaxing atmosphere. Unwind in your comfortable guest room with thoughtful amenities such as color satellite TV, telephone, bathroom with tub and shower, iron and ironing board, beach towels, separated vanity with hair dryer, safe box and mini-bar.
Besides enjoying the beach, during the day guests have an array of activities and sports from which to choose, including exciting Scuba Diving and a nearby 18-hole championship golf course. Viva Wyndham Azteca also offers easy access to our sister property, Viva Wyndham Maya, and we're just two miles from Playa del Carmen. In the evenings, choose from nightly entertainment, exciting theme parties and dancing at our disco.

At Viva Wyndham Azteca, we are constantly striving to make your stay as comfortable as possible. That's why we offer an abundance of guest services, including laundry services, free parking, a currency exchange service and a rental-car desk.
Enjoy on-site conveniences, such as a boutique, beauty parlor, drug store, gift shop, weekly handcrafts market and photo shop. For a small charge, babysitting services are available upon request, and first aid and medical services are also available.
The Dining
Be sure to bring a hearty appetite - our all-inclusive plan won't leave you hungry! We offer an eclectic blend of local and international culinary delights designed to satisfy the most discerning tastes.
Choose from three sumptuous restaurants: El Nopal, which features an international buffet; La Scala, serving delicious Italian cuisine; and Bambu, which offers Asian favorites.
In addition, guests can also dine at the nearby Viva Wyndham Maya, which features Mediterranean cuisine at Portofino and grilled favorites and Mexican cuisine at Viva Mexico.
Light snacks and drinks are available throughout the day at each resort's cocktail lounge and beach bar, as well as disco and live entertainment at night. A 24-hour deli and snack service is also available.
Renova Spa
The Renova Spa at our sister property, Viva Wyndham Maya, offers a refreshing natural atmosphere with stunning Caribbean architecture. Natural stone tiling on the floors and walls inside the building and a traditional cottage roof create a charming retreat where guests of both resorts can relax and rejuvenate.
The Spa offers a full complement of spa services, including massage, body treatments and holistic therapies.
It also offers a complete fitness center and full-service styling salon. An open air area of hot tubs with both hot and cold water options awaits at the back of the building. Other facilities include two steam rooms, a hydrotherapy room, a facial room and four massage and treatment rooms. Our 16-member staff, including a well-qualified therapist team, is fluent in English and ready to make you feel right at home.
For a special treat, schedule a spa service at our beachside cottage; a beautiful open-air Caribbean palapa, just steps from the main spa building. Have a nice Mayan tattoo design done, have your hair put into Caribbean braids or lie down and enjoy a soothing massage with the gentle ocean breezes and sounds of the waves. This location is especially romantic at night; we recommend a Couple's Moonlight Massage for a true night to remember.

Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Hotel Rental Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.
For all reservations
-The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations received 16 days or more prior to arrival, a 20% of the full amount will apply as a cancellation fee.
-No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
Children Policy
-Children aged up to 3 years old sharing parents room will be accommodated free of charge on existing bedding, inclusive of all meals.
-A maximum of 2 children aged between 4 and 11 can share parents
Liability
Internet Hotel Rental Group acts as intermediary between all hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Internet Hotel Rental Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programmes and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. A submitted reservation request is indicative of the tourist agreement to the above conditions.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.
Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
